Our Team

Craig K. Seachrist is the President of Seachrist & Associates, A.C. and one of the founders of the successor firm, Seachrist and Kennon. His area of specialization is litigation support, tax, business consulting, and financial planning.

He has a diverse background over his thirty-three years in public as well as private accounting and finance. His public accounting experience has included the areas of auditing, tax, and accounting services in the real estate, food service, manufacturing, oil and gas, retailing, health care, construction, and distribution industries. He has been a member of the executive team on business acquisitions and divestitures. He has assisted clients with restructuring problems, cost reductions, debt restructuring, and cash flow analysis. He currently works with individuals and business owners on personal financial planning and estate planning, and assists the legal profession with business valuations, fact gathering, fraud analysis, and settlement structures. 

Mr. Seachrist has three sons, Matthew, Kevin, and Eric.

Matt is the son of Craig Seachrist and has been a part of the valley since he was born. He graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a major in Information Systems and Accounting from the College of Business Administration in December of 2003. Matt became a full time employee with Seachrist & Associates, A.C. in January of 2004. He has an extensive background in computer networking, server installations, e-commerce web sites, software development, inventory software, and other software programs. He assists clients with tax preparation, bookkeeping, and computer maintenance and installations. 

Susan joined Seachrist & Associates, A.C. in February of 2007. She graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science degree and has over 10 years experience in various aspects of accounting.

Susan currently lives in Bellaire, Ohio with her husband Jeff and son Jeff Jr.
